Building Bridges for Peace, Dialogue and Sustainable Development
In an increasingly interconnected world, global challenges such as armed conflict, political instability, forced displacement, climate insecurity, and social inequality require collaborative and peaceful solutions. At the International Diaspora Foundation (IDF), we promote diplomacy, peacebuilding, and international cooperation as essential tools for achieving sustainable development and strengthening peaceful societies.
Through international dialogue platforms, diplomatic training programs, policy engagement, and multi-stakeholder partnerships, we bring together governments, international organizations, academia, civil society, youth leaders, and the diaspora to advance solutions to global challenges.

Our Areas of Work
Peacebuilding & Conflict Prevention
We believe that sustainable peace requires more than the absence of conflict. It requires inclusive dialogue, trust-building, institutional resilience, and meaningful participation by communities.
Our peacebuilding initiatives focus on:

Diplomacy & International Relations
Diplomacy remains one of the most effective instruments for preventing conflict and fostering international cooperation.
IDF promotes diplomatic engagement through:
- Diplomatic protocol training
- International relations workshops
- Negotiation and mediation capacity-building
- Diplomatic dialogue forums
- Leadership development for emerging diplomats
- International cooperation initiatives
Our programs equip participants with practical tools to engage effectively in international affairs while promoting constructive dialogue and peaceful solutions.
Global Youth Diplomacy
Young people are critical stakeholders in shaping peaceful and sustainable societies.
Building on international initiatives held in Mexico, France, Peru, and in 2026 will be : Kosovo, and Albania, IDF supports youth participation in diplomacy, governance, and peacebuilding through:

These platforms empower young leaders to become active contributors to international cooperation and global development.

IDF works closely with the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy Research (IPPD), United States, to strengthen global leadership, peacebuilding, negotiation, and diplomatic capacity.
